Predictive Engineering is a company that specialises in providing online condition monitoring services. We are based in Perth, Western Australia and have clients throughout Australia. Predictive Engineering is a licensee of Tensor Systems Pty Ltd and uses their world leading online vibration condition monitoring system.

Founded by Peter Caldwell in 2022, Peter has been working in the field of Condition Monitoring, and Test and Measurement since 2004. He has a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from Curtin University in Western Australia. Peter is a Certified Vibration Analyst (VCAT IV). Since 2012 Peter has been focused on online condition monitoring and helping clients design, install and operate online condition monitoring systems. Peter has been studying data science and the application of Artificial Intellegence to Condition Monitoring, presenting on this topic at conferences in Australia.

Tensor Systems Pty Ltd have developed a world leading online condition monitoring system. Tensor's system is a complete solution for online condition monitoring. It includes sensors, data acquisition hardware, and software. Their system employs patented techniques, for monitoring equipment, that has traditionally been difficult to monitor, including HPGRs.
